Mahesh Gohil (Chairman)
The founder of Esquire Group is known for his integrity and simplicity in the Industry. Esquire Machines, established in 1975 by taking a Rs.2 lakh loan from the government of India under the Entrepreneurship Development Scheme has today successfully morphed into a group of companies with diversified interest in the Engineering field under his watchful eye. Today, Esquire Group enjoys a reputation in the market which is second to none when it comes to – Quality of equipment manufactured, as a Customer for its Vendors and as an Employer. The founder’s hands on experience of over 40 years running the show and steering it through various economic conditions has made the company stronger and help scale new heights. His philosophy for business is simple- “Don’t accept Defects, Don’t Produce Defects and Don’t sell Defects” and Esquire has never deviated from his philosophy.

S. Gladston (Managing Director)
A veteran of the construction equipment industry of India. Having spent the last 30 + years in this field he has amassed vast knowledge and experience of the Industry from many different angles right from handling after sales service, to setting up Dealership networks to managing independent Business units. His rich experience of the field as well as Business management makes him perfectly suited for leading Esquire and taking it to greater heights.

Anuj Gohil (Director)
Having joined Esquire in the year 2006, he is helping the company diversify and grow to take advantage of the solid platform and goodwill that has been achieved and earned over the last so many years. He is overseeing the transition of Esquire from a Family run business to a professionally run company. He has helped Esquire diversify into various other lines of business in which synergy with its core strength could be found and an opportunity could be seized.

Rajendra Kanetkar (Technical Director – Esquire Machines, MANAGING DIRECTOR – ESQUIRE IDEATION)
The man behind Esquire’s innovation and differentiating design. A M.Tech from IIT Powai with over 30 years of Design Experience. The solution provider to customer’s unique customization needs. He has built a highly capable in-house team of energetic Design and Prototyping engineers that provide the edge to Esquire’s products in the market and power its R&D efforts. He is also the co-owner and Managing Director of the Joint Venture, Esquire Ideation.
